Timothy A. Matthews, 53, of Portsmouth passed away Friday March 19, 2021 at SOMC Hospice Center. He was born May 7, 1967 a son of the late Stanley and Joan (Bennington) Matthews.
Tim was a former truck driver who loved trucks, motorcycles, fishing, doing anything outside and helping others.
He is survived by a son, Cody Matthews and Kayla Stevenson of Cincinnati; two brothers, Danny Matthews and Randy Matthews; sisters, Pamela Best and Tamela Stiltner; a grandchild, Scarlett Matthews; close friends, Charles and Rhonda Poplin.
