Age 38 of Portsmouth, passed away in Kentucky due to an accident on Friday, June 27, 2014. He was born on January 13, 1976 in Portsmouth to Timothy and Lisa (Snyder) Williams. Tim was a member of the Minford High School class of 1994 and attended the Minford Nazarene Church. He was a roofer by trade and a member of the Union Local 185. In his free time he was an avid fisherman and enjoyed hunting, mudding and four-wheeling.

Tim is survived by three daughters, Ciara Williams of Portsmouth, Cheyanne and Kyleigh Williams of Sciotoville; his parents, Timothy and Lisa Williams of Portsmouth; one brother, Todd Williams of Portsmouth; grandmother Mary Snyder of Portsmouth; close friend, Sarah Williams; special friend, Danny "Heavy" Holbrook; very special nephew, Todd Williams II; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins; and many other special friends. He was preceded in death by one brother in infancy, John Wesley Williams; three grandparents, Norman Snyder, John Williams, and Alta Mae Williams.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at Wolfe-Nelson Funeral Home in Sciotoville with Pastor Gerald Penix officiating. Interment will follow at Memorial Burial Park in Wheelersburg. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 - 8 p.m. on Monday or one hour before the service on Tuesday.
