Age 49 of Portsmouth, passed away Thursday, August 10, 2017 at her home She was born January 27, 1968 in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late Edward and Fay (Salyers) Graham Tracy enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and taking them on walks She also enjoyed watching talk shows and The Voice.

Tracy is survived by her husband, Herbert Rister; a son, John Prior, Jr. of Wheelersburg; two daughters, Fay Prior of Portsmouth and Jennifer (Rafael) Zunun of Paris, KY; one brother, Edward Graham of Wheelersburg; five grandchildren, Alex, Haiden, Favian, Christiana, and Elena; and many nieces and nephews. Tracy was also preceded in death by two brothers, Jerry and Charles Graham; four sisters, Ethel Spence, Brenda Burns, Patricia Spencer, and Tammy Scott.
