Valerie K. Campbell, 54, of Portsmouth passed away Wednesday March 4, 2015 at Gallipolis Developmental Center in Gallipolis. She was born December 7, 1960 in Portsmouth, a daughter of Dollie Messer Campbell of Portsmouth and the late Paul Campbell. Valerie is also survived by a sister, Sandra Bates of Portsmouth; two nieces, Jennifer Neal of Tampa, FL. and Julie Marshall of Portsmouth and a nephew, Chase Marshall of Portsmouth.

The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff at GDC for their wonderful care of Valerie. Visitation will be Saturday, March 7, 2015 from 6 to 8 PM at D.W.
