Vicki Bailey, 70, of Wheelersburg, passed away Saturday, November 20, 2021 at Kings Daughter's Medical Center in Ashland. She was born, July 25, 1951 in Portsmouth to the late Art and Millie (Boggs) Hurst.  Vicki loved to play bingo.  She was also an avid reader and loved to travel and camp.

Vicki is survived by a son, Mark Bailey and wife Mary of Wheelersburg; her companion of 20 years, Mike Tomlin; two brothers, Tom Hurst and wife Carol of Sciotoville and Leroy Hurst and wife Rita of Vernon; two sisters, Bonnie Clark of Vernon and Cheryl Musser and husband Michael of South Webster; three grandchildren, Mark Bailey, Jerry Bailey and Colton Bailey; three great-grandchildren and a sister in-law, Janice Hurst.
She was also preceded in death by her husband of 25 years, Jerry Bailey.

A funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, November 26, 2021 at D.W.
