Vivian Jo (Canter) Queen, 56 of Scioto Furnace passed away Friday, May 20, 2011 at her home. She was born September 13, 1954 in Ottoway Co.,Michigan, a daughter of the late Fred and Betty (McKenzie) Canter. She was a member of the Calvin Ray Evans Evangelistic Outreach Ministries. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Donnie Queen; two daughters, Donna (Ryan) Evans of Wheelersburg and Ashley (Mike) Sharp of Scioto Furnace; two granddaughters, Haleigh Sharp and Breiana Evans; three brothers, Calvin (Phyllis) Canter of Hendersonville, NC.,Jay (Debby) Canter and Freddie (Pheobe) Canter all of Oak Hill; two sisters, Patty Hamad of New Mexico and Renee (Mike) Queen of South Webster as well as many nephews, nieces, extended family and friends. Vivian was also preceded in death by her in-laws, Roscoe and Billie Queen. Services will be 11 AM Tuesday May 24, 2011 at D.W. Swick Funeral Home in South Webster with Rev. Calvin Ray Evans officiating. Interment will be at South Webster cemetery. Visitation will be 6 to 8 PM Monday and 10 to 11 AM Tuesday at D.W. Swick in South Webster.
