Age 79 of Wheelersburg, passed away January 31, 2018 at her home.  She was born May 30, 1938 in Wheelersburg to Carlos and Florence (Rawlins) Bishop.  Wanda resided in the Southern Ohio area and worked as a cook in nursing homes for many years.

She is survived by sons, Carlos "Pete" (Cindy) Preston of Kingston, OH, Dwayne Monroe (Lou Csizmadia) Wilson of Wheelersburg, Wayne Martin (Lisa) Wilson of Louisville, KY; daughters, Virginia M. Preston of Wheelersburg, Willa Jayne (Kelly) Bowman of Beaver, Yvonne (Scott) Fraser of Sciotoville; brother, Roger (Mitzie) Rawlins of Grove City; nineteen grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son and daughter-in-law, Willard "Til" and Chris Preston; first husband, Willard Preston; second husband, Cloyd Wilson; and brother, Carlos Bishop.
