Wanda E. Fraley, age 59, of Portsmouth, passed away February 05, 2024 at SOMC Hospice. She was born March 16, 1964 in Portsmouth, daughter of the late Joseph and Rosettie Sparks.

Wanda is survived by her husband, Dennis Fraley; a son, Franklin Wallbrown; 3 daughters, Monica (PJ/Paul) Sigman, Leah (Lewis) Rawlins, and Jessica (James) Potters; 3 sisters, Patty (George) Eldridge, Brenda (Tim) Johnson, and Tracy (Gary) Parker; 7 grandchildren, Jarrett Wallbrown, Ayden Jarvis, Rachel McGlone, Lewis P. Rawlins Jr., Jakob Potters, Jeremiah Potters, and Jessalyn Potters.

Funeral Service will be Saturday, February 10, 2024 at 1PM, D.W. Swick Funeral Home Wolfe-Nelson Chapel in Sciotoville. Visitation will be 12-1PM, prior to the service. Interment will follow at Junior Furnace Cemetery in Franklin Furnace.
