Willard O. Levan ll, 59, of Eden Park, died Tuesday, December 23, 2008 as the result of an automobile accident. He was born July 8, 1949 in Marysville, OH., a son of the late Willard and Maude Harper Levan. He was a retired engine repairman with the Army National Guard. Willard is survived by two daughters, Elizabeth Levan of Columbus and Amanda Penix and husband Mark of Portsmouth; two brothers, Harry Levan of Graysville, OH., and Millard Levan of Marysville; 4 grandchildren and two step grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Levan, a son, Willard "Buddy" Levan III and several brothers and sisters. Services will be 3:00 PM Sunday, Dec. 28, 2008 at D.W.
