William Charles Browning, 87, of McDermott died sunday Feb. 3, 2013 at SOMC Hospice Center. He was born Oct. 2, 1925 in Lawshe a son of the late Alfred and Mae Prather Browning. He is survived by 4 sons, Timothy (Lisa) Browning of Otway, Dan Browning and Belle Hamilton of Lucasville, Mike (Dawn) Browning of North Carolina and Gene Browning of Dayton; 4 daughters, Marge Oyster of Danville, Peg (Rick) Miller of Wheelersburg, Reva (Joe) Brady of Parkersburg, W.VA. and Erica (Jerry) Blair of Billingham, WA; a daughter-in-law, Debbie Browning of Otway and Many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Koenig Browning; a son, Terry Browning and several brothers and sisters.
