Wilma Jean Billings, 70, of South Webster, formerly of New Boston, died Monday, June 22, 2009 at home. She previously worked as a cook at Hill View and Crystal Care Center. She is survived by her mother, Edna Ratliff of Lucasville; two sons, Gary (Cindy) Williams and Stephen (Julie) Muncy, both of Portsmouth; three daughters, Vicki Shortridge of New Boston, Rita Miller of South Webster, and Brenda (Bill) Kingery of Wheelersburg; two brothers, Ben Winters of Portsmouth and Rendol Winters of Lucasville; one sister, Juanita Masters of New Boston; a special dog, Teddy; eight grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren. She was preceeded in death by her husbands, Ralph Muncy and George Billings; and two grandchildren, Chris Miller and Misty Kingery. Services will be held at 11 AM Thurs., June 25, 2009 at D. W. Swick Funeral Home in New Boston with burial at Universal Cemetery. Friends may call Wed. 6 to 8 PM and Thurs. 10 to 11 AM at D. W. Swick Funeral Home in New Boston.
