Daniel W. Rheinscheld, 60, of Sciotoville, passed away Thursday September 26, 2024 at his residence. He was born June 5, 1964 in Nelsonville, OH, a son of the late Merlin and Janet Withrow Rheinscheld.

He was a former construction mason and enjoyed gardening, hunting , listening to music and was always building things.

Daniel is survived by his wife, Kelli Rumble Rheinscheld; two daughters, Rachelle Rheinscheld and Paige Rheinscheld both of Sciotoville; a sister, Kim (Blake) McFann of South Webster; Devin Briggs, the son he never had; Makalyn Craft, Brooke Rosenogle, , Amber Fishburn and Natalie Seidelman who were like daughters to him. Nieces, Christina (Logan) Scott, Ali McFann, Samantha Plew and Tabatha Plew.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Randy Rheinscheld.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 PM Monday September 30 , 2024 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME (Wolfe-Nelson Chapel) in Sciotoville. Interment will take place on Tuesday at Arlington Field of Honor in Canal Winchester.
